This document corrects a technical error that appeared in the final rule published in the Federal Register on July 5, 2017 entitled “Medicaid/CHIP Program; Medicaid Program and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP); Changes to the Medicaid Eligibility Quality Control and Payment Error Rate Measurement Programs in Response to the Affordable Care Act” (hereinafter referred to as the “PERM final rule”).
Privacy Act of 1974: Implementation of Exemptions; Department of Homeland Security/ALL-041 External Biometric Records (EBR) System of Records
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is giving concurrent notice of a new system of records pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 for the “Department of Homeland Security/ALL-041 External Biometric Records (EBR) System of Records” and this proposed rulemaking. In this proposed rulemaking, the Department proposes to exempt portions of the system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because of criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
